How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want anyone who contacts Convincemoments Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Convincemoments Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Convincemoments Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@convincemoments.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
